Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB to manage client relationships and drive growth strategies for small to mid-market brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with buyers at small to mid-market brands
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within a defined customer base
  • Lead strategic contract negotiations to align services with client needs while achieving growth targets

Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in the technology sector
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Familiarity with sales fundamentals and customer service basics
  • Experience in SaaS, managed services, and analytics is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce is a major plus
