Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB to manage client relationships and drive growth strategies for small to mid-market brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with buyers at small to mid-market brands
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within a defined customer base
- Lead strategic contract negotiations to align services with client needs while achieving growth targets
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in the technology sector
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Familiarity with sales fundamentals and customer service basics
- Experience in SaaS, managed services, and analytics is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce is a major plus
