Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention of mid-market clients
  • Analyze and review proposals for short and long-term disability and leave administration services
  • Support implementation of client leave requirements and resolve escalated service issues

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) or more years of related work experience
  • Valid insurance license
