- Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention of mid-market clients
- Analyze and review proposals for short and long-term disability and leave administration services
- Support implementation of client leave requirements and resolve escalated service issues
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license
