Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager in Remote Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships within the Mid Market Book of Business to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue by retaining customers and expanding relationships through cross-selling products
- Proactively pursue business development opportunities with existing clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant focus or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of proven account management experience
- Outbound/new business experience preferred
- Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is preferred
