Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accountant in Residence (Remote).

- Assist in payment processing and tax compliance for short-term rentals in the US
- Collaborate with marketing and support to create educational content for customers
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of sales and lodging tax calculation, filing, and remittance in the US
- Proficient in 1099-K reporting, material participation, and cost segregation
- Awareness of the short-term rental legal and compliance landscape
- Demonstrated ownership and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host is a plus
