Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst - Commercial Leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely tenant billing
• Process invoices, handle billing disputes, and perform account reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel
• 1-2 years of finance/accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• High energy and the ability to work independently
