Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and manage client accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and manage the revenue cycle
- Oversee monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and board reporting
- Train new accountants and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
- Deep knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll
