Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations for a portfolio of clients, manage Senior Accountants and bookkeepers, and provide strategic insights while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for clients
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior/Junior Accountants and Bookkeepers, promoting professional development
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Supervisory or team management experience with a passion for coaching and mentorship
• Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Experience advising multiple clients across various industries
• Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement enhancements
