Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable including processing invoices, PO matching, and payment preparation
• Develop relationships with vendors, reconcile statements, and handle escalated accounts
• Assist with monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, and support other AP areas as needed

Qualifications and Education:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• No specific industry experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members
