Accounts Payable Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead responsible for processing subcontractor invoices in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounts Payable Subcontractor team and establish operating practices for accurate workflow
• Perform accounts payable activities including 3-way matching, coding, and obtaining approvals for invoices
• Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, and provide management with ad hoc reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship required for work on DoD contracts
• 2+ years of experience in Deltek Costpoint and high-volume accounts payable processing
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
