Accounts Payable Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions and manage the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, overseeing respective teams and ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Perform monthly reconciliations and produce financial reports for the Cloud at Work entity
• Develop and implement new procedures to enhance departmental workflows and mentor accounting staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Basic Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• US-based location in an Eastern time zone or ability to work an Eastern time zone-based schedule
