Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and conduct quality audits on account activities
• Prepare reports for client presentations and act as a technical expert on denials and payer policies
• Oversee daily huddles and weekly staff meetings for process improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and denials
• 2+ years of prior management or supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in insurance reimbursement practices
• Proven knowledge of government, legal, and regulatory provisions related to billing and collection activity
