Accounts Receivable Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Payable Supervisor to oversee daily AR/AP deliverables and manage junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff productivity and quality performance in AR/AP processes
• Document and maintain training resources for departmental processes
• Conduct audits for premium payments and payables, providing feedback to junior staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry preferred
• Demonstrated supervisory potential through previous leadership roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn other accounting systems
