Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting insurance companies to resolve denied or incorrectly paid claims
• Utilizing multiple practice management systems and workflow technologies
• Collaborating with leadership to enhance client collections and addressing client inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable
• Experience with Epic or NextGen software is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills and task-oriented mindset
