Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to facilitate the collection of delinquent accounts by communicating with members.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with employees, clients, and members both in writing and verbally
• Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups
• Enter and accurately track daily collection activities in the system

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, reports, and formulas
• Preference for collection experience
• Preference for Salesforce.com experience
• Good math skills with experience in applying credit card payments to customer accounts
• Time management and organizational skills
