Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global A/R Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
- Collect outstanding receivable balances and follow up on overdue invoices
- Prepare collection reports and assist with vendor onboarding and customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental accounting knowledge
- Minimum three years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and SaaS business preferred
- Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of accounting close processes
