Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II to oversee accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform activities related to accreditation oversight and survey readiness
  • Develop and implement accreditation policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance with accreditation standards

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality and process improvement or operational roles
  • Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA accreditation preferred
  • Experience in health plan accreditation or health equity accreditation is a plus
  • PMP certification or experience in quality project management is preferred
