Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist II to oversee accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform activities related to accreditation oversight and survey readiness
- Develop and implement accreditation policies, procedures, and workflows
- Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance with accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality and process improvement or operational roles
- Experience with HEDIS and/or NCQA accreditation preferred
- Experience in health plan accreditation or health equity accreditation is a plus
- PMP certification or experience in quality project management is preferred
