Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisition Program Manager (M&A PM) to support their Corporate Development Integration team in managing acquisition integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program development of alignment pillars and functional strategies for acquisitions
- Support the Acquisition Contract Transition lead in ensuring a seamless transition for acquired customers
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders on integration plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in the tech industry
- Experience in acquisition integration and managing later-cycled acquisitions
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and PowerPoint (presentation creation)
- Experience in stakeholder management and presenting to leaders
- BA/BS degree required
