Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administration and Finance Specialist to manage financial and administrative tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and cash management support, including processing invoices and payroll
- Assist with grants management by organizing files and supporting grant applications
- Support communications and administrative tasks, including maintaining schedules and coordinating meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate expertise in Google Suite, Zoom, and enterprise accounting applications; experience with Sage Intact and ADP preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
