Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administration and Finance Specialist to manage financial and administrative tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accounting and cash management support, including processing invoices and payroll
  • Assist with grants management by organizing files and supporting grant applications
  • Support communications and administrative tasks, including maintaining schedules and coordinating meetings

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate expertise in Google Suite, Zoom, and enterprise accounting applications; experience with Sage Intact and ADP preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
