Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings for multiple executive leaders and managing calendars
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
  • Assisting with special projects and onboarding new staff members

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative assistance experience OR equivalent
  • Experience in managing multiple calendars and providing administrative support
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting large teams in a deadline-driven environment
