Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and program support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mailing lists, donor records, and respond to emails
- Coordinate registration and communications for online programs and provide technical support
- Assist in outreach and development efforts, including creating promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or equivalent experience
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
- Experience with database programs like Bloomerang and WordPress
- Special consideration for experience in graphic design
