Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects, ensuring effective communication and logistics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years of administrative or office support experience required
- 3-4 years of increasingly complex administrative support experience preferred
- Previous experience supporting a Marketing team is preferred if assigned to that department
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
