Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects, ensuring effective communication and logistics

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Two years of administrative or office support experience required
  • 3-4 years of increasingly complex administrative support experience preferred
  • Previous experience supporting a Marketing team is preferred if assigned to that department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
