- Assist with slide presentations, maintain administrative files, and manage department communications
- Organize meetings, facilitate logistics, and provide support for special projects
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree with 2 years of administrative experience, or equivalent
- Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP, and Learning Management System
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in a large team setting
- Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
