Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adobe RT CDP Operations Specialist to manage shift operations and coordinate issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift activities, ensuring task prioritization and effective resolution of operational issues
- Act as the primary contact for escalating critical issues between engineers and management
- Generate and present weekly reports on incidents, resolutions, SLA compliance, and process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform components, including Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform components such as BigQuery and Dataflow
- Familiarity with outbound marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta, and TikTok
- Strong leadership and task management skills for effective team collaboration
- Experience in operational roles within data-driven marketing environments is preferred
