Job Summary
A company is looking for an Affiliate Development and Conversion Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of CrossFit Affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential CrossFit Affiliates and fitness studios through market research
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing plans to convert prospects into affiliates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, optimize the sales funnel, and analyze conversion metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and sales management
- In-depth knowledge of CrossFit principles and the affiliate model
- Strong marketing and conversion skills with a successful track record
- Familiarity with CrossFit courses and certifications is desirable
- Passion for fitness and an interest in the CrossFit community
