Job Summary
A company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the affiliate program by identifying expansion opportunities and optimizing performance strategies
- Build and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment on goals and mutual success
- Analyze program metrics to uncover insights and implement improvements that drive key business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Proven ability to manage affiliate partnerships, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience working independently and driving results with minimal oversight
- Bonus: Experience with the Impact affiliate management platform and background in financial services or fintech
