Affiliate Marketing Analytics Manager
Job Summary
As the Affiliate Marketing Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will manage analytics for the Affiliate Marketing channel, providing insights to drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for the Affiliate Marketing team, providing support for acquisition strategies and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor affiliate marketing performance metrics
- Build forecasting models and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers of channel performance and improve acquisition effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably within financial services or fintech
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience analyzing customer acquisition performance and translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with key lending metrics and the customer acquisition funnel from lead through funding
