Job Summary
A company is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process and growth of the Core Service Contract Base
- Coordinate with local teams to expand the contract base and assess customer satisfaction
- Achieve quarterly sales goals through upselling and cross-selling services
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with a minimum of four years of sales and customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience
- At least one year of experience working with a CRM
- Experience in a customer-focused role with high volume and multi-tasking responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer acumen
- Ability to work independently and generate results
