Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Lead on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings
- Remove obstacles to team and sprint success while encouraging self-organization
- Utilize and improve JIRA and Confluence for monitoring and managing sprint success
Required Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience working closely with stakeholders to improve project predictability
- At least 1 year of experience using JIRA or similar tools for Agile development
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
