Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide and enhance Agile practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams in Agile practices, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of Agile processes, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align Agile practices with company strategy and promote an Agile mindset
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance at the Public Trust level or above
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Agile roles, including coaching or leadership
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools
