Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Transformation Leader to drive Lean and Agile transformation strategies within its R&D organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Lean Portfolio processes to align with strategic objectives and business outcomes
- Coach R&D members on lean portfolio management and agile practices
- Identify and manage cross-program dependencies and facilitate resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a Lean Portfolio Strategy Leader role within an enterprise SaaS product organization
- Experience implementing various scaled agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, SAFe)
- Strong collaborative leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with portfolio and backlog management
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist)
