AI Application Developer

Job Summary

To drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Application Developer will lead the creation of applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and establish technical standards across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, including large language model integrations and autonomous agent frameworks
• Establish coding standards and DevOps pipelines for AI projects, ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into technical specifications and leading solution design sessions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software or AI development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role
• Hands-on expertise with large language models, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Proficiency with Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and query optimization
• Experience implementing Model Context Protocol or similar agent communication protocols
