Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Data Analysis & Insights - Freelance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing learning and talent programs
- Analyze complex learning and talent data sets using statistical and machine learning techniques
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve client learning and talent outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business (Statistical & Data Visualization) Analyst
- Deep understanding of data analytics in the context of learning ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and big data concepts
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
- Master's degree preferred in a related field or relevant certifications in the learning and development industry
