AI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the integration and interface lifecycle of enterprise AI tools, the full-time AI Developer will partner with operations and engineering to build custom user interfaces, refine AI prompts, and ensure AI investments deliver highly usable applications that drive operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate generative AI APIs and large language models (LLMs) into internal operational dashboards
• Develop custom, intuitive user interfaces for operations teams in Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency to interact with AI
• Write, refine, and test prompts to ensure AI outputs are accurate and safe for financial workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end software development
• Demonstrated ability to build intuitive user interfaces and integrate external APIs
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering
• Ability to work effectively with operations teams to understand end-user needs
• Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required
