Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI in Learning Design and Development - Freelance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for leveraging AI in learning programs
- Design and develop AI-powered learning solutions, including personalized learning paths and adaptive assessments
- Evaluate and implement AI tools and technologies to enhance L&D workflows and learner outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Relevant certifications for AI in Learning and Development
- Experience with emerging AI trends and advancements in the L&D space
- Understanding of the ethical and responsible use of AI in learning
