AI Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Building the execution layer for internal AI systems, the full-time AI Platform Engineer will manage the development of a platform that runs agents, ensures governance, and enhances operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ship the agent platform to production, including an event-triggered queue and a headless model-agnostic runtime
- Own the evaluation layer to enforce governance and ensure all agents are rigorously evaluated before deployment
- Design and implement the system's communication protocols and manage platform tooling for optimal performance
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping production LLM agent systems with operational history and real users
- Proficiency in designing evaluations, including behavioral assertions and CI gating
- Deep API work experience and familiarity with authoring MCP servers
- End-to-end ownership of infrastructure in Python on GCP, including deployment and monitoring
- Strong understanding of user interaction design and notification management
