Job Summary
Working remotely with a preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, the full-time AI Sales Engineer will partner with account executives to articulate the Arize value proposition, lead product demonstrations, and manage proof of concept initiatives for prospective customers in the AI/ML space.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to communicate the Arize platform's value and strategy to customers
- Lead product demonstrations and advise on GenAI and ML best practices
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospects' GenAI tech stacks and manage proof of concept motions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales engineer or solutions engineer
- Proficiency in Python and Typescript
- Knowledge of LLM and Agentic frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK and Google ADK
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and the application evaluation and development lifecycle
- A quick learner who is comfortable with the technical complexities of production AI deployments
