AI Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical shape of ambitious AI builds, the contract AI Solution Engineer will work remotely to architect and build AI-powered platforms, validate assumptions through prototypes, and engage with business and clinical leaders on architecture decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the platform by reframing ambiguous problems and validating assumptions through prototypes
• Own end-to-end architecture for AI-powered systems, ensuring modularity and vendor-agnostic design
• Deploy and productionize AI solutions, applying engineering best practices to ensure reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with architecture-level ownership on production systems
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping LLM-powered products, including retrieval pipelines and eval harnesses
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and microservice architecture
• Experience with cloud-native AWS deployment, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
