Ambulatory Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Ambulatory to provide system-level support for clinical and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support for applications and systems
• Lead project planning sessions and manage projects with varying levels of complexity
• Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with clinical and operational departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technology and/or healthcare or a related industry
• Comprehensive understanding of application support
• Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
• Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies
