Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer to support customer success through technical assistance and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product use and capabilities
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product deployment and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, or a closely related technical discipline
- Expert experience supporting enterprise applications is preferred
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SAS)
- Ability to communicate statistical concepts accurately and efficiently
- Residency in specified states is required
