Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals Clerk to provide administrative support for the Eligibility Appeals Operations Support (EAOS) Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze appeals data and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Issue informal resolutions based on appeal case reviews and contact appellants for clarification
  • Schedule hearings for appellants and manage related administrative tasks

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • At least two (2) years of related experience required, preferably in healthcare or appeals
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Access
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Must reside in the Continental US and meet home office requirements
