Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking an Appeals Representative.

Position Responsibilities:

Research and resolve written complaints submitted by consumers and physicians/providers
Review case to determine if review by clinician is required
Communicate appeal or grievance information to members or providers and internal/external parties within the required timeframes

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems or in a related environment
Experience with using computer and Windows personal computer applications
Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM including the flexibility to work occasional overtime (voluntary) based on business need
