Application Architect

Job Summary

Providing technical direction and oversight across scrum teams, the full-time Application Architect will collaborate with Platform Architects to identify innovative solutions, mentor teams, and ensure the delivery of secure and scalable software while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Sets technical direction for scrum teams and provides proactive oversight to ensure solutions are efficient and stable
• Establishes standards and templates for high-quality software delivery, while mentoring and coaching technical staff
• Researches and evaluates new technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to promote innovation and align with security and governance standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Software Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an Architect role
• Expert-level proficiency in the .NET ecosystem and strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices
• Practical experience designing microservices architectures and event-driven systems
