Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst for a 6-month contract to hire role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal users with Salesforce-related issues, primarily level 1 support
- Manage a queue of tickets in Salesforce, prioritizing and closing them as resolved
- Troubleshoot issues and assist users in finding resolutions while attending daily stand-up meetings
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of IT support experience, preferably in helpdesk or application support
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume ticket management
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with users
