Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst for a 6-month contract to hire role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal users with Salesforce-related issues, primarily level 1 support
  • Manage a queue of tickets in Salesforce, prioritizing and closing them as resolved
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist users in finding resolutions while attending daily stand-up meetings

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of IT support experience, preferably in helpdesk or application support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume ticket management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with users
