Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Technical Support Representative - Application Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use training, documentation, and peers for troubleshooting and research skills
  • Document and resolve reported issues
  • Maintain understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in a technical call center or comparable education preferred
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience with call/chat interface, ticketing systems, and general programming languages
  • Experience using specific software and tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, EDI, mobile device OS, and Microsoft Office products
