Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for their Identity Security Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Identity Security Cloud and its integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Build and maintain demo systems and document support processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-grade SaaS applications
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux systems
- Experience working with AWS EC2
- Experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk or ElasticSearch
- Experience in identity and access management (IAM) is a plus
