Job Summary
A company is looking for a DC Coach (Area Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and influence employee production and address concerns
- Guide a team to achieve operational targets and ensure visibility into process flow
- Document Help Chain activity and conduct follow-up meetings to assess work quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related discipline with at least 3 years of management experience in distribution or manufacturing; or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Working knowledge of automated distribution systems and departmental budgets
- PC skills required; experience with Excel, Word, SAP, DCMS, and Kronos is a plus
- Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
- Physical capability to load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages
