Job Summary
A company is looking for an Area Vice President, Enterprise East Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet ACV targets
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective hiring and team enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a 2nd line leader in a SaaS sales team at the Enterprise level
- 5+ years of experience as a 1st line leader managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies
- Must reside in the Eastern United States
