Job Summary

A company is looking for a Housing Management Specialist responsible for supporting housing providers and assisting homeless individuals and families in obtaining permanent housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with provider agencies to identify members qualified for housing
  • Assist members in the housing application process and ensure timely submission of documentation
  • Maintain an up-to-date housing database and document all services provided

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in servicing adults with serious mental illness or in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience in non-profit housing services and understanding of housing programs
  • Knowledge of fair housing, tenant's rights, and evidence-based practices
  • Current state driver's license required; HCV Housing Quality Standards Specialist Certification preferred
