Arizona Licensed Account Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative to manage collections for medical and non-medical accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activity
- Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive results
- Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service
- Ability to enter and update data accurately and timely
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work
