Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
- Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and help patients achieve their recovery goals
- Provide telehealth patient engagement and coordinate care with the Care Team
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
- Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program
- 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
